Phil Pinto has been Chief Executive Officer of Pinto Leadership Solutions since 2016. He serves as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant for leaders in global non-profits and fortune 500 companies. His prior experience includes 26 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he retired as a decorated officer. Phil currently lives in Williamsburg, VA with his wife Laura, and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, and meeting new friends.
